Anne Hawkins is a Consultant specializing in strategic planning, change management, group facilitation, effective communication, team building, and organizational development. As a strategic planner and applied anthropologist, Anne works with all levels of organizations in identifying and aligning business practices that create success. Her focus is on leadership and management styles that enhance organizational and personal growth.
With more than twenty-three years’ experience, Anne has held management positions with private and public sector organizations. For fifteen years she worked as a management consultant for a consulting firm. Currently she is the managing partner for Leadership and Management Resources, a firm specializing in innovative approaches to organizational challenges. She conducts group facilitation, strategic planning, negotiation, management development, critical thinking, goal setting, change management, cross-functional communication and team building, conflict resolution, leadership development, executive coaching and mentoring and succession planning.
Anne’s clients include a diverse group of organizations, including Delta Airlines, Publix Supermarkets, Disney, Duracell, Sanford, Aventis Pharmaceutical, Micromedex, Newport News Shipbuilding, OpenWaves Technology, JP Morgan Chase, Hartsfield International Airport, the City of New Orleans, the University of Tennessee, the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U. S. Department of Transportation, and Heidiâs Gourmet Desserts. Additionally, she holds the honor of being a faculty member and course leader for the American Management Association.
