Monica Martinez is the Program Area Lead for the Global Security Partnerships department of Sandia National Laboratories. She leads strategy, partnering, innovation, and technology development and transfer initiatives to advance national security mission objectives. She works with government, industry, and academic partners to develop technical solutions that require multi-mission and multi-disciplinary expertise.
Monica has 12 years of experience working directly with mission and technical teams to realize program development, strategy, partnering, and technology objectives for the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and other government agencies.
She earned a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Policy and Planning, both from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management.
