Rhonda Kivlin is the Intellectual Property Administrator for the Northeastern University Center for Research Innovation in Boston, Massachusetts. Since 2018, Rhonda has worked to facilitate the protection of Northeastern’s intellectual property assets through invention disclosure to patent prosecution and licensing. She manages the patent docket, working closely with inventors and outside counsel to ensure that all deadlines are met, and oversees the University’s compliance with government reporting in regards to federally funded inventions.
During her tenure at Northeastern, Rhonda has focused on process improvements with regards to IP protection, notably in the compliance area. She is an active member of the AUTM compliance community.
Prior to joining Northeastern, Rhonda held positions at Babson College and Lasell College, as well as ran her own business as a manufacturer’s sales representative. She holds a BS in Communications/Journalism from the University of Southern Indiana.
