The 2020 FLC National Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center, Portland, Oregon, where FLC has negotiated the following discounted rate based on occupancy: Single/Double – $192, Triple – $217, Quad – $242 plus local tax per room, per night. Rooms and rates are based on availability and are subject to state and local fees/taxes (which are currently 13 %). Be sure to make reservations by August 6, 2020, afterwards, the discounted room rates may not apply.

All reservations require a first night room deposit, or guests can guarantee reservations with a major credit card. Your credit card will not be charged before your arrival. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Discounted room rates are available three days before and three days after the meeting dates, based on availability. Hotel check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Increased Hotel Safety Procedures

We would like to assure you that the Hyatt Corporation is implementing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures as they work with sanitization industry experts.  Current efforts to ensure Hyatt colleagues and guests remain in a healthy, safe and comfortable environment include:

  • Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces and areas.
  • Prominently placing hand sanitizer stations throughout hotel public areas and entrances.
  • Introducing social distance guidance in public areas across the hotel.

Ground Transportation

Portland International Airport (PDX) is 11.4 miles and approximately 18 minutes by car from the Hyatt Regency Portland.

Taxi Cabs

The estimated taxi fare to or from the airport is $40-$60 per one way depending on traffic.

Fee: $2.50 one-way

Public transportation is available via Portland’s TriMet Train Red Line, which provides a direct link from the airport to the Oregon Convention Center next to the hotel. The Trimet Max/Light Rail can be found on the main level, at the south end of the ticket lobby beyond the Starbucks. The Red Line services PDX, and trains depart every 15 minutes. Approximate travel time is 35 minutes.
